Welcome to the Cantina. This site is part of the www.Gaming-Guild.com, although anyone is free to come here. My name is Dyslexicredrum and I am here to teach you how to play the Star Wars Roleplaying Game according to the rules in West End Games Second Edition Revised and Expanded rulebook.

I have divided this site into various sections to make it easier to understand. Just pick the section that interests you the most at this time. And remember to come back anytime, because the Mos Espa Cantina is now open 24 hours a day, everyday.

My goal with this site is to teach you how to play the game. I will include as few stats as possible, as I want this site to emphasize teaching the rules, not be used as a database for stats.

Here I will walk you through the steps one by one on how to make a complete character sheet. Soon you will be able to make characters that will impress everyone, limited only by your own imagination.

Rules

In this section I will explain each of the rules. I will walk you through each of them and give examples for each of them. By the time you are done reading this section, you will know exactly what kind of a roll is needed to perform whatever trick you have planned.

How to GM

Once you have mastered the rules and can create character sheets in your sleep, you might get brave enough to want to run a game by yourself. But how should you do that? I'll share with you some ideas and secrets closely guarded by GMs everywhere. Just kidding, but I will show you what I know.

Where can I play?

Now that you've learned the rules, you'll probably want to start playing. But where can you find someone to play with? I'll share with you a few of my favorite places and give tips on starting games with your friends.
